Fitness is a Journey, Not a Destination

Fitness is a condition that allows you to function better, it is also something that can be improved if you work regularly. Think of “fitness” as a journey that leads to the pursuit of living life to the fullest.

A human being usually passes through the distinct stages of life from birth to death. This is a human cycle that leads a process to the destination, which is death; whatever a human being covers in this way is called a journey. The destination is stationary, while travel is a continuous process. Fitness is a state of optimal health (physical, mental, and emotional) and overall well-being. This condition is essential in all stages of human life and is of no use not only in old age and certainly during death. 

Therefore, fitness should develop with us at each life stage. Usually, a journey is a longer process than a destination, so fitness is essential in this journey of life.

Daily exercise and physical activity build strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory function, cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you to maintain a healthy weight, reducing the risk of disease. If you say, I want to lose 10 kg weight, but you cannot maintain that weight because nothing is permanent, you have to work hard to maintain it. So, fitness is the key to a healthy life; it is the journey of our experience, not a destination.

The word “FITNESS” stands for:-

  • Feel good 
  • Intensity
  • Toned, tenacious 
  • Noticeable Improvement
  • Exercise
  • Strength 
  • Stamina  

Please encourage your family to be more active, and challenge yourself to reach the objectives of daily or weekly physical activity. Play outdoor sports with the whole family and friends, schedule every day to go to the gym, or choose healthy, productive hobbies like hiking or cycling.

National sports and activities are suitable for physical exercise. To be fit and more productive, sports are an excellent way, but do not stop participating. Place exercise and physical activity a permanent part of your Daily Routine!
